DICHIARAZIONE D’ARTISTA

La mia ricerca nasce dal desiderio di restituire dignità, spazio e voce all’essere umano nella sua interezza — corpo, emozione e spirito. Attraverso pittura, performance e progetti partecipativi, indago il tema dell’identità femminile e la relazione profonda tra arte e vita quotidiana. Indago il femminile da diversi punti di vista, esplorandone la forza, la vulnerabilità e la complessità. L’empowerment della donna è al centro della mia arte, dove vita e arte si mescolano continuamente. Questa ricerca non esclude l’altro da sé: al contrario, cerca il dialogo e la connessione con il maschile e con l’umano in senso più ampio. Mi avvalgo di diversi linguaggi espressivi perché credo in un’arte totale, capace di unire gesto, parola, immagine e presenza. Ho studiato recitazione e scrivo, e questi linguaggi nutrono e ampliano la mia pratica visiva, rendendola un territorio aperto e in continua trasformazione. Accanto a opere pittoriche, installazioni e performance, arte relazionale realizzo giacche sartoriali e oggetti d’arte nati dai miei disegni e realizzati da artigiani locali. Da questa ricerca è nato anche un brand artistico che unisce arte, artigianato e impresa culturale, valorizzando il lavoro manuale e il legame con il territorio. Credo che fare arte significhi anche fare impresa, nel senso più umano e consapevole: generare valore, creare connessioni, condividere bellezza e identità. Per me l’arte è un atto di presenza — un gesto che unisce e trasforma. Nel mio lavoro il corpo diventa linguaggio, la materia si fa memoria, il colore diventa voce. Creo opere e azioni che invitano chi osserva a riconoscersi come opera d’arte vivente — unica e irripetibile. Progetti come La Sciura Fedora e R-I-S-P-E-T-T-A nascono dal dialogo con le persone e i luoghi. Ogni intervento è un rituale collettivo che intreccia storie, comunità e sensibilità, trasformando l’arte in strumento di consapevolezza e libertà. Credo in un’arte che non separa ma connette — un’arte che non solo rappresenta, ma rivela. Un’arte da vivere e condividere, come esperienza di trasformazione e presenza. Attraverso questa visione, desidero contribuire a una rivoluzione gentile che parte dall’individuo e si fa corale, passando attraverso l’ascolto e la valorizzazione del territorio come spazio di memoria, identità e rinascita.

ARTIST STATEMENT

My artistic research stems from the desire to restore dignity, space, and voice to the human being — body, emotion, and spirit. Through painting, performance, and participatory projects, I explore the theme of feminine identity and the deep relationship between art and everyday life. I investigate the feminine from multiple perspectives, embracing its strength, vulnerability, and complexity. Women’s empowerment lies at the heart of my art, where life and art are constantly intertwined. This exploration does not exclude the other: it seeks dialogue and connection with the masculine and with the human dimension as a whole. I work across different expressive languages because I believe in a total art — one that unites gesture, word, image, presence and sound. Having studied acting and writing, these disciplines nourish and expand my visual practice, turning it into an open and ever-evolving field of exploration. Alongside paintings, installations, and performances, I create tailored jackets and art objects based on my drawings and produced by local artisans. From this vision, I have developed an art brand that blends art, craftsmanship, and cultural enterprise, promoting manual skills and the connection with the territory. For me, art is also a form of enterprise — in the most human and conscious sense: generating value, fostering relationships, and sharing beauty and identity. For me, art is an act of presence — a gesture that unites and transforms. In my work, the body becomes language, matter turns into memory, and color becomes voice. I create works and actions that invite the viewer to recognize themselves as living works of art — unique and unrepeatable. Projects such as La Sciura Fedora and R-I-S-P-E-T-T-A are born from dialogue with people and places. Each intervention is a collective ritual that weaves together stories, communities, and sensibilities, transforming art into a tool for awareness and freedom. I believe in an art that does not separate but connects — an art that not only represents, but reveals. An art to be lived and shared, as an experience of transformation and presence. Through this vision, I seek to foster a gentle revolution — one that begins within the individual and becomes collective, through listening, collaboration, and the valorization of the territory as a space of memory, identity, and rebirth.
